Air conditioners are model-specific and installation-related products. Return, refund and warranty handling depends on supply status, delivery status, installation status and product condition.

Before delivery or installation

If customers need to change model, capacity or service arrangement before delivery or installation, please contact us as soon as possible.

If the unit has not been ordered, delivered or assigned to a technician, Man AC will try to help change or cancel the arrangement.

If supplier ordering, delivery or technician costs have already been incurred, those costs may need to be paid by the customer.

After delivery or installation

Opened, delivered, installed or powered-on units usually cannot be returned due to personal preference, incorrect site information or site limitations.

If a product fault is suspected, please keep photos, videos and model information. Man AC will assist with inspection and manufacturer warranty handling.

Refund or replacement handling will depend on the case, supplier policy and applicable Hong Kong consumer protection requirements.
